Monika, la nostra responsabile della proprietà in loco, mantiene Villa Poletti come se fosse casa sua. Si assicurerà che all’arrivo troverai una buona bottiglia di Prosecco insieme a un cesto di frutta di stagione, caffè per il cappuccino Lavazza e il kit da cucina di benvenuto con alcuni elementi essenziali per il tuo primo giorno.
Sono nata e cresciuto a Bellagio. Ho lavorato in Hotel e Ristoranti di fascia alta in Italia e negli Stati Uniti.
Essere un locale rende facile mettere in contatto i miei ospiti con i servizi giusti e sono felice di condividere le mie conoscenze e creare tour personalizzati per rendere memorabile la vacanza dei miei ospiti. Villa Poletti domina il piccolo borgo di San Giovanni dove abbiamo la nostra posto barca privata. Puoi noleggiare giornalmente una barca e il servizio di noleggio può venire a consegnarti la barca a pochi passi da Villa Poletti. A San Giovanni ci sono spiagge di ciottoli, approdo dei battelli, un ristorante, un parco giochi, un meraviglioso negozio di alimentari, wine bar e un ottimo caffè. Inoltre, ci sono tre fantastici ristoranti a soli 15 minuti a piedi. Se ti piacciono le escursioni, ci sono sentieri panoramici appena fuori dalle porte della villa. Se hai voglia di esplorare, puoi camminare per 15 minuti per visitare i meravigliosi giardini di Villa Melzi o fare una passeggiata di mezz’ora fino al centro di Bellagio.
There is so much architectural and natural beauty to absorb in the Lake Como area and Villa Poletti is A wonderful place to stay to take in an amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond. Our morning walks to NeNe for caffe and pastries with our friends and families were an energetic start to our day. The villa beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious and clean. All logistics were rather easy, and our stay in the Villa has been our best decision thus far. That majestic view -- we just loved it! Exactly as described by the owner. Grazie for the hospitality!
We had planned renewing our vows after 20 years of marriage while we were in Italy. After arriving and seeing the beauty of the property, we altered our plans and renewed them on the back terrace overlooking the lake. Karin was super responsive and Rudi more than went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed!!
Views of Lake Como are even more impressive than the online photos! Loved the Villa itself and everyone involved in making our stay very special... Karin, the property manager; Stephania, the house manager, and Rudi, the daily housekeeper. Nene's is a short but stout walk for coffee and wine bar also serving food. We thoroughly enjoyed many dinners overlooking the Lake at the Villa. Our trip was for a family of seven with age ranges from 27 to 84. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
The villa was delightful. It had a beautiful view and had everything we needed. We had a short walk to the pier to catch the boat to multiple locations. You had to drive to Bellagio but it was a short drive. We had a private chef cook for us one night and cooked for ourselves one night. Otherwise we went to several nice restaurants in the area.
A great escape in San Giovani. The mid-lake ferry was closests to navigate around the lake. Walking with children a little difficult but wonderful villa with so much charm and hospitality. Hosts were wonderful and helpful.
Booked this gem for a friends vacation to celebrate a milestone birthday. So happy with my choice as it was charming, clean, spacious, and those views! No one in our party had been to Como before so we had a learning curve about the area but once we settled in the access to the mid-Lake ferry and bus schedule proved invaluable.
This was our first Airbnb rental and it was incredible. We were greeted upon our arrival and given an overview of the property. The host then directed us to the perfect town market to grab all essentials for the home. Everything was stocked well and the views were stunning.
Ideal place to spend a relaxing time in nordern Italy. Nearby are great places to eat and visit.

We were made welcome immediately. The Villa has a lot of information available about local sights and restaurants.
From the minute we drove through the gates and walked past the lush greenery up to the front door, this villa promised everything a vacationer could ask for. It did not disappoint in any way.
